Walküre lanzará el álbum «W encore» para conmemorar el primer aniversario del emotivo tour final en vivo | #Anime #Música #JPOP #Eventos

La gira FINAL LIVE TOUR 2023 Last Mission de Walküre, la gira de arena más grande en la historia de Macross, comenzó el 20 de mayo de 2023, en el Tokyo Ariake Arena y abarcó seis actuaciones en Tokio, Osaka y Chiba. En respuesta al apoyo apasionado que aún perdura, se lanzará un álbum en vivo titulado «W encore» el 5 de junio para conmemorar el primer aniversario de esta emocionante gira final.

La primera gira de arena de seis actuaciones en la historia de la franquicia Macross, que marcó la última actuación en solitario de Walküre, cautivó a alrededor de 74,000 asistentes. Además, el Blu-ray y DVD «Walküre FINAL LIVE TOUR 2023 – Last Mission», lanzado a finales del año pasado en tres ediciones, recibió un apoyo abrumador y atrajo una atención significativa.

«W encore» se lanzará en dos formatos: una Edición Limitada y una Edición Estándar. Ambas ediciones incluirán un set de CD de 3 discos que contiene todas las 43 canciones interpretadas durante la gira, centrándose principalmente en la actuación final en el Makuhari Messe International Exhibition Hall en el día 6, pero también incluyendo actuaciones de Ariake y Osaka, con una duración total de aproximadamente 200 minutos. Es especialmente notable las tres canciones exclusivamente interpretadas en el show de Osaka: «NEO STREAM», «Ai Oboete Imasu ka» y «Welcome to Walkure World!», que no se incluyeron en lanzamientos de video anteriores.

El Blu-ray incluido con la Edición Limitada presenta imágenes del «Macross F and Δ Combination Kyoto Minamiza Kabuki no Banquet – Mini Live & Kabuki Collaboration Talk» celebrado el 13 y 14 de enero de 2024, con MikumoΔJUNNA y FreyjaΔSuzuki Minori el 13 de enero y Sheryl Nome protagonizada por May’n el 14 de enero. Aunque las sesiones de noche de ambos días ya se han transmitido, las imágenes incluidas en este lanzamiento son una versión reeditada y recién editada, con imágenes de todas las 16 canciones, incluidas cuatro pistas de bonificación de las sesiones de la tarde que no se han transmitido. La configuración del escenario en el Minamiza de Kyoto, conocido como el teatro kabuki más antiguo de Japón, con una disposición especial con instrumentación acústica e incorporación de elementos tradicionales japoneses, es un aspecto imperdible de esta actuación.

La portada presenta una ilustración original dibujada por Chisato Mita (CAPCOM), el diseñador de personajes de Macross Δ. Se revelarán más detalles en una fecha posterior, ¡así que mantente atento!

Walküre’s FINAL LIVE TOUR 2023 Last Mission, the largest arena tour in Macross history, kicked off on May 20, 2023, at the Tokyo Ariake Arena and spanned six performances across Tokyo, Osaka, and Chiba. In response to the passionate support that has yet to fade, a live album titled “W encore” will be released on June 5 to commemorate the one-year anniversary of this emotionally charged final tour.

The Macross franchise’s first-ever six-performance arena tour, which marked the last solo performance by Walküre, captivated around 74,000 attendees. Additionally, the “Walküre FINAL LIVE TOUR 2023 – Last Mission” LIVE Blu-ray & DVD, released at the end of last year in three editions, received overwhelming support and garnered significant attention.

“W encore” will be released in two formats: a Limited First Edition and a Standard Edition. Both editions will include a 3-disc CD set containing all 43 songs performed during the tour, primarily focusing on the final performance at Makuhari Messe International Exhibition Hall on day 6, but also including performances from Ariake and Osaka, totaling approximately 200 minutes. Particularly noteworthy are the three songs exclusively performed at the Osaka show: “NEO STREAM,” “Ai Oboete Imasu ka,” and “Welcome to Walkure World!,” which were not included in previous video releases.

The Blu-ray included with the Limited First Edition features footage from the “Macross F and Δ Combination Kyoto Minamiza Kabuki no Banquet – Mini Live & Kabuki Collaboration Talk” held on January 13 and 14, 2024, featuring MikumoΔJUNNA and FreyjaΔSuzuki Minori on January 13 and Sheryl Nome starring May’n on January 14. While the evening sessions of both days have already been streamed, the footage included in this release is a newly edited re-edited version, featuring footage of all 16 songs including four bonus tracks from the afternoon sessions that haven’t been streamed. The stage setup at Kyoto’s Minamiza, known as Japan’s oldest kabuki theater, featuring a special arrangement with acoustic instrumentation and incorporating traditional Japanese elements, is a must-see aspect of this performance.

The jacket features an original illustration drawn by Chisato Mita (CAPCOM), the character designer for Macross Δ. More details will be revealed at a later date, so please stay tuned.
